Tips on choosing a wedding photographer in Northern Ireland
There were lots of wedding photographers in Northern Ireland all providing varying service and sytles and experience. With so much choice how do you choose?
So How do you choose your wedding photographer.
My advice is to choose someone you (and your guests) will be able to get on with. This is very important unless you get on with your photographer it will be difficult to enjoy the experience.
Do you like their style?
This can vary from the very traditional posed shots, to totally candid ones. In reality my style is a mix of informal and posed shots.
Quality of Work
Consider the technical quality of the photographs. Exposure, sharpness and composition should be great. If you are looking at a sample album this is the photographer’s best work!
Professional Photographer
A good wedding photographer will be able to help you plan the timings of your day as they have experinnce and know how long things will take. You really don not want to be running late for your meal if at all possibleso your photographer should also be able to keep an eye on the clock for you. He shoudl also have good relationships with your venue.
Make sure that your photographer has full Public liability insurance, back-up equipment, and is a member of a professional body like the SWPP also ask what will happen as cover for the photographer in the event of an emergency.
